is intense and clear. The citrus note of lemon stands out together with the pungent note of juniper. In the mouth it is warm and very harmonious, the lemon note persists and the bitter note of angelica emerges in the finish, all accompanied beautifully and constantly by juniper.

The Demon’s Share is a rum of sugar cane molasses, distilled in the pure tradition of the Spanish style continuous distillation, in American oak barrels re-charred for 6 long years. The use of an endemic yeast to modify its juice transforms it into a particularly aromatic nectar. El Diablo uses up to 10% of the liquid contained in its barrels that were until now reserved for “the part of angels”. The indigenous population now evokes “El Diablo’s share”.
