Rum – The Demon’s share

The Demon’s Share is a rum of sugar cane molasses, distilled in the pure tradition of the Spanish style continuous distillation, in American oak barrels re-charred for 6 long years. The use of an endemic yeast to modify its juice transforms it into a particularly aromatic nectar. El Diablo uses up to 10% of the liquid contained in its barrels that were until now reserved for “the part of angels”. The indigenous population now evokes “El Diablo’s share”.
